Fire Churrascaria Steakhouse awaits its guests in the very heart of Budapest, in the V. district,  at the corner of Apáczai Csere János and Régiposta Street opposite to the Marriott Hotel, with beautifully renovated, modern 300 m2 guest space and offers 90 seats. Our restaurant has huge floor-glazed windows with beautiful views of the Buda side, thanks to the central location of the city center, Váci street, Vörösmarty tér, Danube Corso, etc. it’s in  a few minutes’ walk away.

From our cold gourmet salad bar, our guests can enjoy cold appetizers and beautifully presented salads while admiring the one and only charcoal churrascaria oven in Hungary trough the glass window of the kitchen, where up to 40 unique meats are constantly rotating on swords.

What is the Churrascaira?

Direct from the Brazilian high plains comes a centuries-old way of cooking, where gauchos spit-roasted large portions of beef, pork, lamb, and poultry over the glowing coals of open fire pits, preserving the meats’ natural juices and rich flavors. We roast our meats to Churrasco perfection in our wood charcoal grill, and season with special herbs salt to enhance their individual flavors.

What is the Rodizio style service?

In Rodizio-style service, customers do not order food in the traditional manner, nor do they serve themselves from a buffet. Instead, the style is a blend of the two, where an assortment of dishes — especially meats –are brought to the table for picking and choosing.

Diners are typically charged a flat fee and price consist of salad bar, various meats, side dishes, sauces. Rodizio-style waiters move from table to table with skewers of succulent meats, carving different cuts for guests, who can have as much as they want.

FRALDINHA

Skirt steak is considered the one of the most flavorful and succulent steak. Taste distinctiveness to its essence.

One of the most popular cuts of meat, known for its juiciness and marbling flavor mastered by our rodizio waiters.

MAMINHA
This Trip-tip sirloin steak is unique to Rodizio Grill. This steak is a moderate marbled-to-lean cut, wich makes it a very flavorful steak

The hump of the Zebu cattle. It’s very rich, quite fatty, and with a tender, stringy texture.
