15th Goulash Festival / International Goulash – cooking and Tradition – saving Festival with a qualifier jury / Hungary, Szolnok – Tiszaliget 06th – 08th September, 2013
The Goulash Festival started in 1999. At the beginning there were 150 cauldron which increased to 500–600 cauldron in these days. The number of the contestants and visitors stabilized between 40 and 45.000. The aim of the organizers is to save the hungarian Goulash food and introduce it in domestic and foreign markets.
