Hungarian goulash recipe
0,4 kg leg (beef)
0,3 kg mixed soup vegetables (0,1-0,1 kg carrot, parsley root and celeriac)
2 dl sour cream
1 big onion
2 green peppers
1 tomato (it can be frozen letcho too)
3 spoons of oil
1-1 level spoonful of red paprika and salt
2 bay leaves
10 whole peppers
1 clove of garlic
0,005 kg grained caraway
Hungarian goulash recipe – Piquant goulash
Wash the meat, dry it and chop into 2-3 cm sided cubes. Chop the cleaned vegetables into circles. Chop the washed and pitted green peppers, cut the tomatoes into thin segments. Parch the cleaned and chopped onion on the heated oil, then get it off the fire and add the red paprika. Add two tablespoons of water immediately.
Put it on the fire, add the meat chops, and stir it constantly until the meat gets white. Add 1,5 l water to the meat and boil it until it gets half soft, and add the vegetables. Add the salt and he seasoning, and until the topper boil soft the ingredients. In the last 1-2 minutes, add the tomato and the green pepper, you have to boil them for a few minutes. Smooth the sour cream with some soup, and add into the kettle. Boil it, and get it off the fire.
