Bean goulash recipe – in the other way

Goulash recipe / Ingredients

  • 50 dkg fresh pork meat (it could be leg or crop)
  • 50 dkg smoked meat (as you like, it could be boney)
  • 30 dkg dried bean
  • 1 big onion
  • 3 clove garlic
  • oil
  • salt
  • red paprika
  • 1-2 pieces of hot green paprika
  • 1 white paprika
  • 1 tomato
  • some condiments
  • 1 egg
  • 1-2 tablespoon flour

Water the bean and the smoked meat the night before the cooking separately. Simmer the chopped onion and the paprika (not the hot one), and get it off the fire. Add the red paprika, the pepper, the condiments, the chopped tomato the crushed garlic, water it, and boil it again (it will be the basic of the stew) and add the bean and the chopped smoked meat. Be careful with the salt, because the smoked meat is salty! Water it to obscure the stuff. Boil it to half soft, add the meat to it, and boil it again. When it’s ready, water it, and boil it again, until it has no much soup. From the egg and the flour make a hard pasta and pick it to the soup. Or you can make dumpling from it, and tore it into the soup. Slice the hot paprika, and sprinkle onto the goulash.
